Summer holidays
Wednesday, January 7

I was flipping through an old magazine, and saw a bright title staring back at me, "50 Things to do This Summer". Instead of just having a glance through it and leaving it there, my bored self told me to try out some of the things there. I needed to do something else other than facing this computer screen 24/7.

CHANGE YOUR HAIRSTYLE
If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't have went for this. But I had to have a haircut sometime during summer anyway, so I made it my first priority. So I went to my hairdresser and had my hair chopped off and layered. The hairdresser chopped my long fringe off, so now I have a renowned short fringe. It's not a bad look, I must say :D

START YOUR OWN BLOG
Here I am, with my own blog! Summer was the perfect opportunity to blog, with all that free time and space. Anyone who knows me knows that rambling is my thing, and well, this blog really was the place to spill all of that.

REDECORATE YOUR ROOM
Redecorating my room was heaps of fun. I changed the positions of everything and bought some new things. I replaced my bed with a new one, bought a new bookshelf and got a heap of other things to fill in the room. Also took off all my posters of celebs (which was hard to do, seeing as they were there for about a year), and replaced my walls with a variety of new posters! Currently working on two paintings to cover my left wall and am considering a plant on my window sill to add a splash of colour to my room!

WRITE A SONG
I actually worked on a song a long time ago for a school project, but I never actually finished it (and never planned to). While cleaning my room, I found it. So naturally I brought it to the piano and started playing some tunes. I ended up with a completely different song. I'm still working on it, but it's almost finished.

That's basically what I've done this summer. What's next?
