Guess who saw Paranormal Activity today?
And yes, I know, my past few posts has been on movies, but I promise, I won't post another one on a movie for a while.

I was supposed to see Zombieland. But the ticket lady refused to give us tickets for that, as it was MA+ 15. And well, we're under 15. So she suggested Paranormal Activity. Which, in my opinion, is way less appropriate for us to watch. Not that I mind. It was awesome, but we promised Sonia that we'd see it with her next week. So seeing this broke our promise, and if you're reading this, Sonia, we're sorry. We'll see it again with you if we have to.

STORYLINE
Paranormal Activity is basically about this girl (Katie) who's been haunted since she was 8. And now the demon is back to haunt her again. So her boyfriend decides to film the whole thing, which is basically the movie. Paranormal Activity was actually a short film (or so I heard), but because it was so good, they decided to make it into a long feature film.

MY VERDICT
It's not the best horror movie. Not even close. The bits in the beginning were boring, but I loved it for the way it was made, homemade. Some people will hate that it's not all blood and gore throughout the whole film, because it's homemade. I'm all for blood and gore, and I liked it.
